You can inspect your order upon delivery and return it immediately if you do not wish to accept it. Shipping fees for such returns are covered by the customer.

After delivery, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt only for confirmed manufacturing defects, supported by photos or videos. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, tags, and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, worn, or if the packaging is damaged.

Once your return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement according to your preference within 7 business days.
